FreedOm comes from awareness
By becoming mindful of how our body moves and how our mind thinks we can bring awareness and clarity to underlying physical and mental patterns. The breath is the bridge between mind and body, and it can help us to move away from repetitive thoughts, let go of tensions in the body and initiate the relaxation response to return us to balance and harmony. By gaining insight into our soul’s plan and highlighting some of our blocks, we create opportunities to bring change. We can only change something when we become aware of it. Our body, mind, breath and an Akashic session can be the catalysts to peeling back the subconscious layers of conditioning, helping us to reconnect with our authentic self, become empowered and experience FreedOm.
