By becoming mindful of how our body moves and how our mind thinks we can bring awareness and clarity to underlying physical and mental patterns. The breath is the bridge between mind and body, and it can help us to move away from repetitive thoughts, let go of tensions in the body and initiate the relaxation response to return us to balance and harmony. By gaining insight into our soul’s plan and highlighting some of our blocks, we create opportunities to bring change. We can only change something when we become aware of it. Our body, mind, breath and an Akashic session can be the catalysts to peeling back the subconscious layers of conditioning, helping us to reconnect with our authentic self, become empowered and experience FreedOm.

Akashic Sessions

Most of us at some point in our life will be seeking answers regarding our soul’s journey. Who am I? What is my soul purpose? Why do I suffer? How can I bring change in my life? Why do certain situations keep happening to me?   

An Akashic session will provide you with an insight into your soul’s plan, by giving you information and clarity around a current situation and support you in taking appropriate action. It will help you become aware of your gifts and highlight any blocks that may be preventing you from bringing change in your life. A session will assist you to hear and feel your authentic self, the part of you who seeks a fulfilling living experience on planet Earth.

FreedOm Yoga

This form of yoga is a blend of yoga postures, breathing, meditation, relaxation, chanting and somatic movement. Somatic movement concentrates on releasing tight muscles by helping us to recognise where tension is held in the body. By highlighting these areas and exploring a more efficient way of moving the body, we can practice yoga postures more mindfully, while embracing our limitations. Through awareness, regular practice and mindful movement we learn to release tension from the body, stress from the mind, balance the emotions and get a sense of wellbeing on all levels - physical, mental emotional and spiritual. Working from the inside out, the body becomes stronger, more flexible and relaxed; emotions move towards balance and the mind finds stillness, resulting in a blissful state of FreedOm.

Hanna Somatic Movement Education can help you!

It uses simple exercises, practised gently with awareness which makes it suitable for all. It does however require patience, commitment and determination to bring change as it targets the re-education of the learned movements in the brain.

It is an effective step to self-empowerment, self-knowledge and self-responsibility.
